• Product URLs - The Amazon product pages you analyze
• Analysis Results - Cached safety scores and ingredient data (stored for 30 days)
• Usage Data - Anonymous analytics to improve the extension

We do not collect:

• Personal identifying information
• Browsing history outside of analyzed products
• Payment or financial information

How We Use Your Information

• Product Analysis - To analyze ingredients and generate safety scores
• Caching - To provide faster results on repeat views
• Improvement - To enhance accuracy and user experience

Data Storage & Security

Analysis results are stored securely in our database for 30 days to enable fast repeat access. After 30 days, cached data is automatically deleted. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data.

Third-Party Services

ruh uses the following third-party services:

• Anthropic Claude AI - For ingredient analysis (subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy)
• Supabase - For data storage (subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy)
• Google Cloud - For hosting (subject to Google's Privacy Policy)

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your cached analysis data
• Opt out of analytics collection
• Uninstall the extension at any time

Children's Privacy

ruh is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

ruh is an informational tool. It is not medical, health, safety, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for reading a product's actual label or consulting a qualified professional. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or any medical condition, always verify ingredients directly on the product and its packaging before purchasing or using it, and never rely solely on ruh to make health decisions.

Safety scores and analyses are automated assessments generated by AI from publicly available product information, which may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Scores represent our tool's opinion at the time of analysis, not a statement of fact about any product, and they may change as better information becomes available. Our scoring methodology is under active development and we improve it continuously based on the data we can obtain about products.

For brands and manufacturers: if you believe your product has been assessed on incomplete information, you are welcome to share additional product data with us at [email protected]. We review submissions and recalibrate our scoring when we determine it is in the best interest of our users. Recalibration decisions are made independently and are never for sale.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ruh and its creator are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the extension or its analyses. ruh is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer or brand; all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
